Job Description

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our development team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our websites, web applications, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development, with hands-on experience in Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP, Symfony, and WordPress.

The candidate should be comfortable working within Symfony-based projects, using its relevant tools and components as part of the development process.

The role involves working across different projects and platforms and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver responsive, reliable, maintainable, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
  • Build interactive user interfaces and reusable front-end components using Vue.js and JavaScript.
  • Work effectively within PHP and Symfony-based projects, utilizing Symfony tools and components as required.
  • Work with Twig templates, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and related functionality.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional and responsive web experiences.
  • Integrate front-end functionality with REST APIs and back-end services.
  • Ensure websites and applications are optimized for performance, responsiveness, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end, Symfony/PHP, WordPress, and integration-related issues.
  • Write clean, structured, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
  • Use Git/version control as part of the team's development workflow.
  • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications while contributing to new features and projects.
  • Keep up to date with relevant front-end technologies, standards, and development practices.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in front-end or web development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience developing applications and components using Vue.js.
  • Good working knowledge of PHP.
  • Experience working with Symfony, including familiarity with its tools, components, and development environment.
  • Experience working with Twig templates within Symfony-based projects.
  • Experience building responsive interfaces using Bootstrap or similar frameworks.
  • Experience developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and back-end services.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues across front-end and PHP/Symfony application layers.
  • Ability to work effectively with both new projects and existing codebases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage

  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration, including tags, triggers, variables, and tracking events.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and web analytics implementation.
  • Experience with Python or working with Python-based applications and services.
  • Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and package managers such as npm.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and front-end testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes.
  • Experience with analytics, tracking, and third-party integrations.
