Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and maintain LLM-powered applications using Python, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and AWS. You will work alongside senior engineers to design RESTful services, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and integrate generative AI capabilities into our global platform. This role offers hands-on experience with modern cloud and AI architectures in an established, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance LLM-backed features using Python, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Implement and optimize Retrieve-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
  • Integrate AI services with backend architectures, REST APIs, and AWS infrastructure.
  • Leverage AI coding tools and LLM agents to accelerate development and boost productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, API latency, and model output quality (e.g. hallucinations).
  • Write clean, maintainable code following team standards, using Git for version control.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to translate technical requirements into functional AI tools.
  • Keep up to date with rapidly evolving generative AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hand-on software development experience using Python.
  • Practical experience building LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain and external APIs (e.g. OpenAI API).
  • Foundational experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  • Hands-on exposure to RESTful APIs, and AWS services.
  • Experience using Git and AI coding assistants to accelerate development.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and an eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.

The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage

  • Relevant certifications in AWS, Python or generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases or advanced RAG optimization techniques.
